Service Terms and Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a two business day cancellation notice for all scheduled service appointments. We require a five business day cancellation notice for all scheduled projects.

REFUND POLICY:

Deposit refunds for projects not started may be issued less materials bought and the time cost for setting up the project. No refunds are given on service work or maintenance contracts; we will come back out and correct any issues.

PETS POLICY / LOCKED GATES:

Please keep all pets inside on your scheduled service appointment days. Please pick up all pet droppings, toys, bones, large rocks, etc. If the yard is not picked up we reserve the right to charge a $5.00-$10.00 clean up fee per service appointment. If we arrive to a customer’s service appointment and are unable to mow the back yard due to a pet in the yard or a locked gate, we will completed what services we can you the customer will be billed accordingly.

SCHEDULED SERVICE DAYS:

We will schedule a typical day for ongoing maintenance service. That day can occasionally change due to employee illness or weather.

RAIN DAYS:

Rain and inclement weather can happen. We will mow when it rains, but only if it’s drizzling and the ground isn’t soiled. If we are rained out, our appointments will be adjusted for all remaining services in the order scheduled. In the event it may rain the day prior to your appointment, your appointment may be moved forward or back one day to schedule around the weather.

If your lawn is too wet to mow due to heavy rains, we will complete a partial service and maintain the parts that we can without damaging the turf.

Landscaping projects will be delayed if the ground is too wet to work without damaging the turf.

Your patience is greatly appreciated during rainy days or inclement weather.

WATERING SCHEDULE:

Please adjust your sprinkler system so it doesn’t water the night before your scheduled service appointment. The drier the lawn the better your lawn will look when finished. Mowing wet grass can cause damage that is not healthy for your lawn.

HARD DIG:

All estimates are based on known information and digging / trenching cost may change if underground obstacles(concrete, roots, buried construction debris, unknown utility lines, etc) are discovered.

CONTRACT MAINTAINACE SERVICE ISSUES:

If you have an issue after your maintenance service or we missed something, please let our team know ASAP. We will come back and correct the issue. Mistakes can happen, but we desire to make it right and keep your property looking beautiful. We will reservice for no additional charge. No discount will be given on the monthly maintenance contract.

UNSASTISFIED SERVICE:

Feedback is key for us to give customers the best experience. Please contact us within 24 hours if you are not happy with your service or completed project. We can re-send our crew to fix any issue that may have occurred at no charge. Any complaints addressed after the 24-hour window will be notated for the next visit. Any disputes after this time period may make it too difficult to distinguish whether the work was completed.

OUTSTANDING BALANCES:

Late fees will be added to invoices that have not been paid after 30 days. 1.5% per month.

Overdue invoices will be billed to the card on file after ten days past due.
