Professional Irrigators
Irrigation Installation
We install both sprinkler systems and drip irrigation systems for residential, commercial, and HOA properties.
Our goal is to install an irrigation system that waters your lawn and landscape beds with optimal efficiency. We build our irrigation systems with quality equipment made by two of the industry’s leading manufacturers, Hunter and Rain Bird.
Don’t spend your free time manually watering your grass and plants multiple days per week, and worry if you watered them sufficiently. With a professionally installed sprinkler or drip irrigation system, all of that is automated. We program when, where, and for how long you want to water your property and then let the system handle the rest.

Answering common irrigation questions
Irrigation is complicated. Irrigation service doesn’t have to be.
We service all major brands of residential and commercial irrigation systems: Hunter, Rain Bird, Orbit, Toro, Irritrol, and Weathermatic.
We recommend having a residential irrigation system inspected at least once a year, preferably before the start of the growing season. This helps ensure the system is working efficiently and can prevent any issues that may arise during the season.
We also provide monthly and quarterly irrigation inspections to maintain optimal watering all season long.
The cost of an inspection can vary depending on the size and complexity of your system and your location.
- $115 – Residential Irrigation Inspection up to eight zones in Bryan/College Station
- $145 – Residential Irrigation Inspection up to eight zones in Brazos County outside city limits
- $185 – Residential Irrigation Inspection up to eight zones in Outside Counties up to 20 miles
- $185 – Commercial Irrigation Inspection up to eight zones in Bryan/College Station
(Additional zones are an extra $8 for residential, $20 for commercial)
An irrigation inspection can help identify leaks, broken or misaligned sprinklers, valves that stop working, clogged nozzles, or other issues that could lead to water wastage, inefficient watering, and higher utility bills. It also helps keep your plants healthy by ensuring they receive the right amount of water. Over and underwatering are the most significant factors to landscaping and lawn issues.
Yes! We offer services such as system optimization, adjusting water schedules to prevent waste, and upgrading to more water-efficient systems, like drip irrigation or smart controllers, to help conserve water and lower your utility bills.
Signs that your system may need repairs include high water bills, uneven watering, brown or yellow spots on your lawn, water pooling in certain areas, or irregular sprinkler patterns. If you notice any of these, it’s a good idea to schedule an inspection.
Most residential irrigation system inspections take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of your system. During this time, our technician will check for issues such as controller settings, leaks, valve function, and water pressure.
Yes, we offer seasonal maintenance packages that include services like system start-up in spring, mid-season checks, and winterization in fall. These packages help ensure your system runs smoothly year-round.
