Artificial Turf Installation in Bryan & College Station, TX

Green Where Grass Will Not Grow

Putting greens, pet runs, and the shaded or hard-worn spots where real turf keeps losing. Built on a proper base by the crew that also does your drainage.

Artificial Turf

Where Artificial Turf Earns Its Place

We would rather grow you real grass where real grass will grow. These are the spots where it will not.

Putting Greens

Backyard greens shaped, cut in and edged so the roll is true and the surround still reads as landscape.

Pet Areas

Runs and side yards that take constant traffic, drained underneath so they can be rinsed down.

Shade And Hard Wear

North sides, under mature trees, and gate lines where grass has been reseeded twice and lost twice.

Base And Drainage

The base is the job. Excavated, graded and compacted, with water given somewhere to go before a blade of turf is laid.

Edges And Transitions

Clean lines into beds, hardscape and real turf, with edging that holds instead of lifting at the seam.

One Crew

The same licensed crew runs your irrigation and drainage, so the turf is planned around the water rather than on top of it.

Why It Matters

Most Turf Failures Are Base Failures

Synthetic turf that goes wavy, holds water, or pulls at the seams almost never failed at the turf. It failed underneath, where the base was not graded, not compacted, or not given a route for water to leave.

Brazos clay does not forgive that. We build the base the way we build a drainage job, because it is a drainage job with a green surface on top, and we are the ones who would be back fixing it.

Questions

Artificial Turf Questions

Putting greens, dog runs, deep shade, and narrow high-traffic strips. If the spot will grow grass, we will tell you so and quote you sod instead.
It has to. The base is built to move water off and out, which is the same problem we solve on every drainage job. Turf laid on an unprepared base is where the puddles come from.
In full Texas sun, yes, warmer than living grass. Shade, a rinse, and choosing the right areas for it matter, and we will say plainly which parts of your yard we would not put it in.
It is one of the most common reasons people call us about it. The base and the drainage are what make a pet area work, so it can be hosed down rather than just covered over.
It is priced per property, driven mostly by the area, the prep, and how much base work the site needs. Call the office at (979) 314-5008 and we will come look and quote the exact number.
Yes. Tell us what the site is and we will walk it, the same as any other commercial or HOA job.
